Without doubt the best property selling experience possible from a great team of people headed by Katy. Katy, Senior Sales Negotiator was incredible. From the very start, her approach, advice and support were of the highest standard, her manner also put us at ease and gave us confidence in the journey ahead. She clearly knew her field and definitely understands the clients position throughout the whole process. Any issues were dealt with efficiently and professionally but also with a strong sense of consideration. We were updated of any movements from the buyer or their solicitor at all times, and the whole transition was explained fully and in a warm respectful way. Naadia, also deserves a mention. Whenever Katy was away from the office there was a seamless continuation of the of the very high standards we were already receiving. Wrights Residential have totally removed the distrust and negative outlook people previously had on estate Agents, they have absolutely nailed customer care. I cannot fault the service provided, well done Wrights Residential for amassing such a wonderful team of professionals. We’ll be coming back for more when we eventually return to the area.

I have just completed my purchase through Wrights Residential and I cannot recommend them enough. From previous experience with other agents, these guys keep you updated from the moment you start the process to the day you complete. Professional with a personal touch, they really were incredible. I also want to give a huge shout out to Katy, she went above and beyond to help keep the ball rolling, updating me weekly on where we were at and chasing both parties solicitors for info, whilst doing so in a friendly, understanding manner.
