Full Management Service

Our comprehensive Full Management service is designed to remove the stress of being a landlord, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of your investment while we look after the day- to-day management of your property.

Our experienced team currently manages over 700 rental properties, giving us the knowledge and systems to deal efficiently with everything from routine maintenance to complex tenancy matters.

Our Full Management service includes:

  • Professional marketing photography, floorplans and virtual tours
  • Advertising across all major property portals
  • Accompanied viewings and regular feedback
  • Comprehensive tenant referencing and affordability checks
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements and legal documentation
  • Collection of rent and monthly landlord statements
  • Deposit registration in accordance with current legislation
  • Regular property inspections
  • Management of maintenance and repairs
  • Ongoing tenancy management and compliance support

Our proactive approach helps ensure tenancies run smoothly whilst protecting both your property and your investment.

Full Management Fees

Management Fee: 10% + VAT (12% including VAT) of the monthly rental income

Set Up Fee: £395 + VAT (£474 including VAT)

For landlords with multiple properties, management fees from 8% + VAT may be available, depending on the size and requirements of your portfolio. Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.

Tenant Introduction Service

Our Tenant Introduction service is ideal for landlords who prefer to manage their own property whilst benefiting from our expertise in marketing and tenant sourcing.

This service includes:

  • Professional marketing photography
  • Advertising across all major property portals
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Comprehensive tenant referencing and affordability checks
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements
  • Detailed inventory and schedule of condition
  • Deposit registration
  • Check-out inspections, negotiation of the tenancy deposit return and management of any end-of-tenancy disputes where required

Our focus is on finding the right tenant and ensuring your tenancy is set up correctly from the outset.

Tenant Introduction Fees

Fee: 60% of one month's rent + VAT (72% including VAT)
