The town does not currently have an operational railway station. The nearest station is Chippenham, where rail services provide connections towards Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Reading and London Paddington.

Corsham's former railway station closed in 1965, and proposals for a future station have been considered over a number of years, although no operational station currently serves the town.
