The town does not currently have an operational railway station. The nearest station is Chippenham, where rail services provide connections towards Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Reading and London Paddington.

Local bus services provide connections between Corsham, Chippenham, Bath, Melksham and Trowbridge, while road links offer straightforward access towards Chippenham and the M4 as well as Bath and the wider West Wiltshire area.

Corsham's former railway station closed in 1965, and proposals for a future station have been considered over a number of years, although no operational station currently serves the town.
