At Wrights Residential we ensure that our Tenants find a relaxed approach to the sometimes stressful process of letting; we will endeavour to give you straightforward advice and cut through as much of the jargon as we can. We aim to find the right property for you, that meets your needs, as quickly as possible in order to save you as much time as we can during the process. We will guide you through the letting process, accompanying you to viewings in order to determine your preferences and to offer advice where required.

Using the following tools we do our best to ensure that our Tenants find a relaxed yet professional approach to the sometimes stressful process of looking for a new home;

Extensive and in-depth advertising

We put a lot of time and effort into preparing the advertising particulars for all of our properties, with detailed descriptions, a large selection of photographs, floor plans and room measurements. This will help to ensure that your time is not wasted viewing properties to which you would not be suited.

Register with us

You can register your details and requirements with us either via our website www.wrightsresidential.co.uk, over the phone or in our office on Fore Street, Trowbridge. We will then email you details of all properties that match your requirements as soon as they come onto the market, or if you prefer we can post details to you.

Viewings

We usually carry out viewings at our available properties ourselves and we try to be as flexible as possible with viewings times. Viewings are available from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between 9am and 4pm.

Holding fee

A holding fee equivalent to one week's rent is payable should you wish to apply for a Tenancy within any of our properties. This will then be deducted from the first month’s rent when you move into the property.

Please note that we will not return the holding fee should you withdraw from the application; however, we will return the holding fee in full should the Landlord withdraw from the application.

Deposit

A deposit will be payable prior to the commencement of the Tenancy. This is usually the equivalent of one month’s rent but may be up to a maximum of 5 week’s rent.


Wrights Residential are members of The Property Ombudsman and hold Client Money Protection insurance with ARLA Propertymark.
